My Approach to Helping
With social distance in place I offer Telehealth. I provide in-home therapy. This concierge therapy service is offered for those who do not feel comfortable in an office setting. Relaxed and convenient for individual needs. No insurance is accepted for in-home therapy.
I provide a safe non-judgmental environment to help clients develop a relationship so they may explore their feelings to get back in touch with what may have been altered. We all have interpretations of every situation and experiences that we go through. What we personally take from those experiences may alter or damage our true self. My passion is to help people get back to who they are truly supposed to be.
I apply a humanistic approach along with combining other techniques as part of my counseling process. Every one is different and not one technique is used on every client. My counseling process is individually designed for your needs. Let me help you accomplish your personal goals and desires in life.
As a retired Texas Certified School Counselor and Licensed I have extensive training in sand tray therapy and use individualized humanistic approach to counseling.

I believe that people give more to others and taking of themselves makes them feel guilty. You are the most important individual around and being in an emotionally balanced and happy state allows you to be the best you can be for those in your life. You owe it yourself to put you as a priority.
I accept BCBC insurance. I will be happy to provide billing information to help you file your insurance if needed. Without insurance my fee is $125.00 per 50 minute session. Sliding scale is available.

How Psychotherapy Can Help
Life can get hectic and chaotic at times. Sometimes the way we handle situations is due to our not knowing any better or different. Psychotherapy may help a client see things in a different perspective. By talking through situations and problems, clients have the opportunity to explore their past and present and use this information to become aware of things that they were not aware of before to make different choices for their future.
