My Approach to Helping
I help adults, teenagers, and couples effectively manage depression, anger, unhealthy addictions, and the anxiety & stress. Through talk therapy, we identify the negative thoughts, experiences, and beliefs that are causing your pain. As a TEAM CBT therapist, I specialize in helping you understand your painful feelings and change the way you think (and ultimately feel).
I really take a whole person philosophy, giving consideration to mental, emotional, social, spiritual, and physical health. With an end goal to help my clients live a more fulfilling life, I recognize the importance of motivation and finds it critical to explore meaning and purpose in my clients' lives.
