Through talk therapy, we identify the negative thoughts, experiences, and beliefs that are causing your pain. The way you perceive yourself, others, and the world impacts how you experience life. As a Level 3 TEAM CBT therapist, I specialize in helping you understand your painful feelings and change the way you think (and ultimately feel). I really take a whole person philosophy, giving consideration to mental, emotional, social, spiritual, and physical health. With an end goal to help my clients live a more fulfilling life, I recognize the importance of motivation and finds it critical to explore meaning and purpose in my clients' lives. I provide IN PERSON therapy in Flower Mound, Texas. I am currently offering tele-health sessions as well. I am also filling a mens' support group in Flower Mound.
