What's My Approach to Therapy?
With over 16 years of private practice experience, I specialize in Mindfulness Based Counseling with Adults addressing concerns such as Anxiety, Depression, Anger, Trauma, Grief, Relationship Conflict, Job Dissatisfaction, Addiction, & Health and Weight concerns. I believe we all possess the innate capacity for healing, growth, and change; sometimes we need guidance and support as we navigate this path forward. I meet each client with compassion, curiosity, and insight as we explore the experiences that brought you here and lead you towards greater self awareness, confidence, and clarity.
In addition to my work as a Mental Health Therapist, I am also a Certified Holistic Nutritionist. This allows me to take a truly whole-person approach to wellness, addressing both mental and physical health. By exploring how your mind and body influence one another, we’ll work toward building a healthier relationship with yourself—inside and out.
There are many reasons for seeking counseling, but the end goal is usually the same: to find greater happiness, internal peace, and deeper satisfaction personally and relationally.
