What's My Approach to Therapy?
Specializing in Mindfulness Based Counseling, I work with Adults addressing concerns such as Anxiety, Depression, Anger, Trauma, Grief, Relationship Conflict, Job Dissatisfaction, Addiction, & Health and Weight concerns. I belve we all have the potential for healing, growth, and change. There are times, however, when we feel lost or stuck and need additional guidance and support to help move us forward. I meet each client with compassion, curiosity, and insight as we explore the experiences that brought you here and work to resolve the questions and conflicts you've been facing.
In combination with my work as a Mental Health Therapist, I am a Certified Holistic Nutritionist & Health Coach. My approach to counseling is to focus on the whole person. By addressing both mental health and physical health, I strive to assist my clients in achieving a healthier relationship with both their mind and body.
There are many reasons for seeking counseling, but the end goal is usually the same: to find greater happiness, internal peace, and deeper satisfaction personally and relationally. We will work together to resolve the challenges you are facing that are withholding you from experiencing life in the way you desire: with peace, passion, and purpose.
