I use a variety of evidence based interventions including CBT, behavioral modification, Gottman method (Level 2 certified-couples counseling), trauma-informed care, and play therapy techniques. I currently offer counseling services to private pay patients only. I offer convenient daytimeevening appointments. I always tell my clients that having a trusting relationship with your therapist can be difficult, so make sure you find someone you are comfortable feeling vulnerable around. You don't have to stick with a therapist you don't like, or connect with. Apart of being a good therapist is being able to recognize when a client isn't a good fit. It's one of my top priorities to ensure i create a healthy, safe, space for individualscouples to process.
