My Approach to Helping

We don’t heal in isolation. On the contrary, healing takes place when we form healthy, supportive connections with others. Therapy with me is rooted in building a safe, affirming relationship where you can gain a deeper understanding of yourself, clarify your sense of identity, and feel confident and grounded in who you are.

Many of my clients are coming to terms with their gender or sexuality, body image, or other aspects of their identities. By digging into your thought patterns, analyzing relationships, and using mindfulness to process feelings, we’ll work together to heal your relationship with all the parts of yourself—and by extension, the people in your life.

Young people today are up against a wildly different world than the one our parents grew up in—including more access to social media than ever, growing global and economic instability, and a future that can appear uncertain. If you’re feeling a sense of hopelessness or existentialism, you’re not alone. In our work together, we’ll also create strategies for preserving your mental health and finding a sense of purpose in these times.

More Info About My Practice

I’m a Gen Z girlie who will advocate for anyone navigating body image challenges and identity development. In my practice, my goal is for people to understand their own identities and live them in an authentic, healthy way — especially for polyamorous, transgender, and LGBTQ communities.

I’m anti-diet, sex positive, and pro-intuitive eating and believe healing starts through relationships.

Groups I Work With

My specialty is working with young people on the cusp of adulthood who are on a journey of self discovery. They might be getting clear on their gender or sexuality, learning to love their body image, or building a professional identity that excites them.

When you’ve been repressing a part of your identity, you may feel like you’re just going through the motions or unclear on what you want. My work is centered on bringing those parts of yourself to the surface so you can feel comfortable in your own skin. As you grow into yourself, my vision for you to reach a place of self love and self acceptance both inside and out.
