My Approach to Helping
Feeling overwhelmed, inadaquate, stuck? I am a therapist who feels absolutely passionate about helping women find, happiness, satisfaction, and the very best version of themselves. I particularly enjoy working with individuals who are struggling with low self-esteem, feeling overwhelmed with the balancing act of day to day life, wrestling with weight-loss/health issues, or are experiencing a lack of purpose or life direction. I try to approach each individual with unconditional respect and a firm belief that you, as the client, are the expert in the relationship. I use a direct and solution-oriented approach as I work alongside you, identifying emotional blockages, correcting faulty reasoning patterns, and uncovering hidden motivations that have been lying dormant within you.Throughout this process, I will give you my all, as I encourage, support, and empower you as you begin your journey toward positive change.
