Our practice focuses on individuals, couples, and families. Our general practice view is to treat the needs that the individual or couple presents to their therapist. We listen to our patients and respond with empathy. Therapists' skills range from treating trauma, depression, anxiety, addictions (chemical or sexual), infidelity, communication issues, infidelity, perfectionism, relationship issues, life satisfaction and balance, and/or parenting issues. There aren't any problems that many of us haven't treated. We encourage individuals to reach out if they are struggling in any way rather than struggling in isolation.
