I work with parents and caregivers supporting children living with serious mental illness, offering a steady, compassionate space to process stress, uncertainty, and the day-to-day demands of caregiving while strengthening coping skills and boundaries. I also support adults navigating life transitions and high stress—whether you’re facing a change in relationships, work, identity, or direction—and help you find clarity and stability in the midst of uncertainty. In addition, I have experience supporting “the helpers,” including teachers, nurses, physicians, and first responders, who often carry the weight of others’ needs and benefit from a confidential place to reset, restore, and build sustainable ways to care for themselves while continuing to show up for others.
