Using an existential approach to therapy that integrates cognitive, behavioral, and mindfulness practices taken from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), we will bring a balance of curiosity, comic relief, candor, compassion, and challenge to the therapeutic process while working together to seek insights, cultivate acceptance, ponder different perspectives, explore possibilities, clarify what’s important to you, and do what matters.
