What's My Approach to Therapy?
If you’ve landed here, you’re likely feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or just ready for something to shift, even if you can’t name exactly what yet. As your therapist, I show up with presence, compassion, and curiosity. My approach is relational and collaborative; we move at your pace. I draw from trauma-informed, somatic, and culturally rooted practices that honor both your personal and generational story. I work with folks who are navigating life transitions, loss, identity, burnout, and the impact of trauma on mind, body, and spirit.
Together, we’ll build a space where your pain can be held gently, your voice can grow stronger, and your healing can take root. I believe in the power of storytelling, ancestral wisdom, and inner resilience, and I’m here to walk alongside you on this journey.
