My Approach to Helping
If you’ve landed here, you’re likely feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or just ready for something to shift, even if you can’t name exactly what yet. Maybe you’ve been carrying things silently for a long time, holding space for others but rarely for yourself. Maybe you’re navigating grief, trauma, or a deep sense of disconnection from your roots or identity. I want you to know you don’t have to go through it alone.
As your therapist, I show up with presence, compassion, and curiosity. My approach is relational and collaborative; we move at your pace. I draw from trauma-informed, somatic, and culturally rooted practices that honor both your personal and generational story. I work with folks who are navigating life transitions, loss, identity, burnout, and the impact of trauma on mind, body, and spirit.
Together, we’ll build a space where your pain can be held gently, your voice can grow stronger, and your healing can take root. I believe in the power of storytelling, ancestral wisdom, and inner resilience, and I’m here to walk alongside you on this journey.
