My Approach to Therapy

Life can feel heavy, but you don’t have to carry it alone. I help people navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and identity challenges in a safe, supportive space. My name is Mubeen “Raja” Ali, and I’m a therapist in Austin, Texas. I’m passionate about helping people navigate life’s many stages, with a focus on anxiety, depression, and trauma. Together, we’ll explore the layers of your story—your relationships, cultural background, and personal identity—so you can uncover the patterns that hold you back, break through generational barriers, and embrace your most authentic self. In our sessions, you set the pace. My priority is to ensure you feel safe, supported, and truly heard. Therapy with me is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in three core beliefs: 1. Everyone deserves better mental health 2. Therapy has healing powers 3. “Normal” is just a setting on a washing machine If you’re ready to take the next step toward healing and growth, reach out today to schedule a consultation, and let’s take that first step together.

My Practice & Services

I offer in-person and telehealth sessions with flexible availability throughout the week, including evenings. I am an in-network provider for Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Medicare. And I can provide a superbill for out-of-network clients and help with reimbursement. Please feel free to reach out with any questions. I'm happy to work with you to keep therapy affordable - your mental health is worth it.
