I have personal experience with OCD, and I can tell you that ERP, when done correctly, can have a tremendously positive effect on your life. I will provide education and guided ERP in every session. I work with persons with OCD and other Anxiety-related disorders for Adults using ERP, CBIT, and Habit Reversal Training.
I provide telehealth-only therapy that can be done with your phone or computer via zoom.
