My Approach to Helping
Are you suffering after a life-altering event? Are you pregnant or a new mom? Has your child been dysregulated since the pandemic started?
I offer a safe and supportive space for you or your child to address recovery from the impact of trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship struggles, and other common issues, as well as guidance with executive functioning skills. I consider you within the unique context of your experiences and relationships, helping you utilize your strengths to work through challenges. Together, we will examine how your framework, through which you make decisions and form opinions, shapes your ability to respond to challenges. You and I will collaborate to discover what led to the formation of your particular framework and how to use that information to make beneficial decisions in the future.
