My Approach to Helping
Life can be difficult at times and it takes strength to reach out to someone for help. Through our therapeutic relationship, my goal is to help you gain self-awareness about potential negative thinking patterns and ultimately increase stability and independence. We live in a world of many different stressors and pressures and I hope to help you learn to cope with these issues in a positive way. Mental health is just as important as physical, through all stages of life. I utilize a person-centered approach in order to explore past and current issues in order to help you learn different tools to help you take control of your life.
As a licensed mental health counselor my goal is to use my clinical skills and prior experience to treat each client with specific goals in mind. I have several years of experience working with clients with Bipolar Disorder, Anxiety and Depression.
Day, evening, and weekend sessions available. Our private practice is open from 9 am to 9:30 p.m., Monday to Friday, and from 9 am to 5:30 p.m. on Saturdays. Our professional and dedicated front desk team will always pick up the phone during these times. Prior to the first session, we will verify your insurance information and inform you in writing of any costs.
