My Approach to Helping
Sharing the same passion for helping others, and fighting against the stigma of mental health, Both Michelle and I decided to launch our very own group practice. Through life’s complexities, we have
come to understand that no matter the struggle that life presents us, there is always a silver lining. We believe in helping individuals build on their strengths, gain insight, and develop effective coping skills.
Our clinical areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, marital issues, codependency, self-esteem, women’s issues, substance abuse, harm reduction, grief, and transitional concerns. Through evidence-based approaches, we aim to tailor our treatment approach specific to the needs of each individual client. Our focus is to improve lives, facilitate the emotional regulation and overall wellness of our clients.
We believe that the counseling environment should be a safe space where clients are able to be their authentic selves while expressing complete vulnerability. Therapy can be a scary journey, and often, a journey that is necessary. Please feel free to email or contact us for a free consultation to begin addressing your therapeutic needs.

My Therapy Focus
Negativity dampens our spirits. Positivity lifts them up. Through this experience you will gain the ability to focus on uplifting thoughts in any situation and become the best version of yourself. This will occur within a trusting, mutually respectful, environment. My mission is to create a counseling environment that feels safe where clients are able to be their authentic selves while expressing complete vulnerability. Therapy is not an easy process but anything that is a quick relief will not last long. I always say "rome was not built in one day" and quick fixes do not last. As we know the harder the work the bigger the payout.
