Achieving happiness is different for every person. Recognizing that there is a problem and taking action to seek guidance is a huge step towards finding success ? whatever that may look like for you.
I believe the most important factor in successful therapy is the therapeutic relationship. If you have tried therapy before and did not find it helpful, don?t give up. There is a therapist out there for everyone. Once you find that perfect fit, you will begin to see the results you are looking for.
I help adults and teenagers manage life?s challenges, understand their own needs, and make positive changes. I?m a certified school counselor and a licensed professional counselor.
I use a range of techniques to help adults and teens. I am experienced at supporting people with sexual identity concerns, relationship issues, anxiety, anger management, depression, adjustment issues, behavior challenges, sexual abuse, self-esteem, ADHD, physical abuse, trauma, and divorce.
Children/Teens: My decade of experience in education has armed me with the knowledge of school programs that can help children succeed. I can guide you through the conversations and strategies that will help your child thrive.
Couples: I am a certified Prepare/Enrich facilitator. Prepare/Enrich is a 12 week program for couples which allows them to understand each other?s history and pinpoint areas that need work, while guiding them towards those goals.
