My Approach to Helping
I enjoy helping new couples prepare for marriage and struggling established couples find their way back to harmony. I also work with intercultural couples, helping them overcome miscommunication resulting from cross-cultural differences. I see individuals and children on a variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, cross-cultural adaptation etc.

The Duration and Frequency of Therapy
Individual sessions are usually scheduled 1-2 times a week and last 45-60 minutes. Couples need on average 1 hour 30 minutes per session time.
