My Approach to Helping
You can enjoy life without depression, guilt and anxiety. Giving up your own happiness for the sake of your loved ones is not self care.
I work with clients who are in perpetual motion and are struggling to keep up with increasing personal and business demands. My clients' live lives of continuous service and responsibility and it is taking a toll on their mental and physical well being.
The clients I work with can experience continuous low mood and lack of energy. They struggle with fatigue, irritability, worry, panic, feelings of doom and they feel powerless to negative past experiences. I aide clients in their desire to understand and lessen those symptoms. We work together to release judgement and shame around thoughts and feelings about the people and things that depend on their existence. I assist clients in hopefully finding solutions that work for their unique journey with anxiety, depression, and trauma. Working from an understanding that mental health is physical health can help identify and alleviate symptoms.
