If you’ve been feeling stuck, lonely, anxious, or unhappy I’m glad you’re here! I provide a warm, safe, and non-judgmental space so that you can feel comfortable sharing your story. In exploring how the past can shape our present-day experiences you can gain insight into your life and feel more liberated and confident navigating challenges to move forward.
I believe in the inherent strengths present in each individual and work to harness and foster these to create change and lessen the load you may be carrying. Having the opportunity to help people become the best version of themselves is what motivates me as a psychotherapist. I consider it a privilege to be invited into people’s lives and provide support and a sense of empowerment in your unique journey.
I have experience providing individual psychotherapy to adults with a wide range of diagnoses and psychosocial stressors such as anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship issues, self-esteem, perfectionism, and eating issues. Throughout my various work experiences I enjoy thinking creatively and approaching each unique person with a treatment plan tailored to their individual needs.
