More Info About My Practice

Our wounds are often the openings into the best and most beautiful part of us.? - David Richo

I believe that people can change, grow and learn to lead more satisfying and meaningful lives. Through a process of self-exploration, problem-solving and skills-development, people can overcome obstacles and realize their potentials. When empowered, clients can create the right condition for themselves to reach their goals and make positive changes in their relationships and their lives.

Specific Issue(s) I'm Skilled at Helping With

As a counselor, I have dedicated my practice to helping individuals and couples reconnect and build supportive, loving relationships. In my work with them I help them overcome past injuries and break vicious and harmful cycles. By redefining their interpretations, overcoming emotional triggers, building healthy communication and applying de-escalation couples can transform their relationship into one that is loving and fulfilling.

My passion is to help couples become their best selves and integrate the necessary skills to develop engaging, fulfilling and happy relationship. My innovative approach is informed by the philosophy that psychotherapy as a process for change rather than merely an exercise in insight. Productive counseling doesn?t just aim to remove symptoms, but addresses the individual as a whole, whose challenges offer opportunity for greater self-awareness, growth and fulfillment.
