Billing and Insurance:

I don't currently accept insurance, but I can provide documentation if clients wish to submit to an insurance company for "out of network" benefit coverage

Session Fees: My standard fee is $400 per session. Regrettably, I do not accept insurance in my practice as my practice is fee-for-service only meaning that payment for services is required at the time of service. However, I do provide my clients with monthly billing statements that they submit to their respective health insurance for out-of-network reimbursement. You can check with your insurance company on their out-of-network reimbursement policy for individual psychotherapy CPT code 90834.
