My Approach to Helping
My philosophy and approach to helping people are assisting them in acknowledging their strengths when beginning the counseling process. When a person knows their strengths it helps them to understand what keeps them and sustains them during challenging experiences. Every individual has strengths they rely on, it is just knowing which ones to use when dealing with your concerns/issues that you need help with in counseling.
I want to help you navigate your strengths and feelings in order to be your best self in every situation that you have to face whether it is in the work place, with your family, friends, children, etc. I am here to provide support and assistance through counseling.
