I am passionate about assisting in facilitating the metal and emotional growth of individuals, couples, and families. I am here to support you in your journey in healing from past trauma, developing coping skills to manage challenges of the present, and apply the skills to progress into the next level in your life. I am certified in CBT and DBT training. Also, I offer a trauma informed, family systems approach. I look forward to working together!
