I want to develop a therapeutic relationship with you to ensure that you feel safe during your therapy sessions. My number one concern is be to present for my clients. I am open 7 days a week including weekends and evenings. I believe in an eclectic approach to therapy using many intervention strategies to address your concerns. I offer my clients a one stop shop to meet therapeutic needs.

My view of psychotherapy is to facilitate change by learning effective problem solving skills, developing coping strategies, and to help you understand your thoughts, behavior, and beliefs to improve quality of life.

Seeking therapy does not mean that you are incapable of managing your life or solving problems on your own. It means that you are seeking guidance from a trained professional for personal growth and well being .It's a normal process for Individuals to grow and change throughout their life time.
