My Approach to Helping
Feeling stuck in a rut or lost on your path through life can absolutely make anyone feel hopeless. If you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsatisfied by the events in your life, you are not alone, and I can help. Some concerns I have worked with people on recently include men’s issues, anxiety, stress, and anger management. I believe each person has the ability to live authentically and experience life to its fullest, regardless of how distant those feelings may seem.
Therapy is a collaborative process and I offer a secure, comfortable, judgment-free environment where we can work together safely. In each session, we will identify your strengths, uncover the obstacles that hold you back, and learn the skills you need to move forward in your life.
