I know it’s frustrating to not feel the way you want to feel, which is why my approach helps you understand and use your emotions effectively. I provide a warm, supportive, nonjudgmental space, and use evidence-based and emotion-focused interventions matched to your specific concerns to help you feel better, faster.
I also really mean it when I say I'm nonjudgmental. My research background focuses on helping to fight against unjust societal shame. So whatever you're into, or feel like you have to tip-toe around saying with others, I am here to accept and embrace, to help you be fully be you.
