Compassionate and down to earth, I treat every client with unconditional respect and empathy. I also hold you accountable for your thinking and behaviour traps which keep you stuck. I have been helping people improve their quality of life for over 20 years.

I provide a very safe and nurturing environment which encourages clients towards change and growth. I challenge people to look at unskillful thinking traps and unhelpful habits of behaviour, all the while supporting self-acceptance and love. I specialize in mindfulness therapy which invites peace into our lives through learning how to be fully present in the moment. I also incorporate other evidence-based practices including cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), emotionally focused therapy (EFT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and solution focused brief therapy (SFBT).

I am passionate about social justice and rights for all people, regardless of religion, place of origin, sexual orientation, beliefs, gender or any other factor.
