I strongly believe in the cathartic value that creative endeavors bring, and will challenge you to tap into that inherent part of yourself. I am here to guide, and foster collaboration to determine how we can best address your needs. I believe that the storyteller is the expert in their own life. I tailor therapeutic interventions to each session, utilizing a wide array of techniques from mindfulness-based stress reduction, psychoanalytic theory, cognitive behavioral theory, and motivational interviewing.
