My Approach to Helping
If you or a family member is going through a difficult time, I believe that finding your counselor should be the least stressful part of your journey. I am a licensed clinical professional counselor and I have been working in the field of counseling for over twenty years now. I have worked with many issues including depression, anxiety and trauma. I will always work with you, your child or your significant other to help you get to the place that you want to be therapeutically. I provide an empathetic, confidential and most importantly a non-judgmental space.
I work particularly well with women's and teen issues. With teen’s and young women I work with depression and anxiety, I help with peers, cyberbullying, parents, divorce, school hardships, bullying, suicidality, self-harm, drug alcohol abuse, and other issues that may come up along the way.
