Couples struggling with communication and conflict, who are feeling disconnected from each other and unable to enjoy the lives they have created, will receive non-judgemental, tangible support to improve the areas of their relationship that aren't working and reach their goals.
Women struggling with unhappy relationships, loneliness, anxiety, depression, divorce, people pleasing, or difficulty adjusting to life transition will receive compassion and support, as well as practical, tangible strategies to change the parts of life that aren't working to achieve their goals.
Together in therapy, with compassion and without judgment, and informed by evidence based research, we will explore what is causing you pain and develop strategies to utilize your inherent strengths as an individual or couple, so you can achieve the relief and growth you are hoping for.
