My Approach to Helping

I work with people who live with anxiety, autism or Asperger\'s, depression, or ADHD to create a successful career. Whether you are just headed to college, trying to find that first professional job, or wanting to amp up your career, we can work together to make a plan. You may find yourself stuck at your parent\'s house. Sometimes, late at night, you worry about the future. You may be interviewing, but not getting callbacks.

What if you had a plan? Imagine having someone on your side so you can make the right moves for you. What about feeling confident that you\'re getting close? If you want to hear \"Yes!\" after your interviews, call me for a free 15-minute phone consultation. Let\'s make a plan to get you to the next level!

More Info About My Practice

I started Accessible Career in 2017 after seeing students that I worked with at an area university struggle to get started after graduating. Many talented students were returning to school for graduate degrees or second bachelor's degrees instead of finding a job they liked. They reported that they could not get hired or even get interviews.

I support you, as a professional, through the hiring process while you launch your career. I suggest great resources you can use as a guide as you look for a good "starter" career position. We talk about how to manage your anxiety, ADHD, depression, autism, or Asperger's while working. I love working with young adults on the spectrum. I believe you have gifts to offer your employers. And when you come in and tell me you are hired, we celebrate! I may even cry a little bit!

I adore the work I do mentoring future professionals. It may be a struggle at times, but it is very doable to find get the career launched. Sometimes, we just have to be creative. Most often, persistence is the key! Let's put a plan together. Give me a call to chat for 15 minutes! You can also get more information on my website.
