My Approach to Helping

If you are experiencing anxiety, depression, and relationship issues, I offer help for you to better navigate to the life you want. I approach therapy from a holistic perspective and believe your experiences impact your body, mind, and spirit.
Your unique needs will be the focus and cared for, helping you to break away from old ties to the past and find peace in the present. I specialize in working with those who have experienced traumatic events, relationship issues, and mood disorders to gain a sense of personal empowerment and happiness. I give you tailored treatment, and use therapies such as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), and mindfulness.
I will work to build a genuine, therapeutic connection with you, and will work with you to make sure of your trust, understanding, and comfort with each step.
