My Approach to Helping
Childhood wounds or life’s stresses can cause us to become anxious, depressed, angry, etc., and may develop emotional or behavioral issues. My approach is to help guide you to learning more about yourself and assist you with learning tools to help manage your life. I work from a Holistic Approach, teaching and embracing you as you are – physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. I hope to work alongside you to help guide you toward getting to know and embracing your authentic self.
