My Approach to Helping
In a comfortable, safe, supportive space, I provide holistic, individualized counseling tailored to your needs to help you grow and become more aware. Together we create a positive experience that helps you feel empowered to embark on a path toward body, mind, and spiritual wellness. Our collaboration allows you to understand and reconcile your previous relationships, traumas, and losses, so you can overcome challenges and unhealthy patterns and live in the present. I help you make changes that embolden you to realize your true potential.
My work draws on my background in evidence-based holistic therapy to build upon and complement the strengths and skills you already have. Based on your goals, I integrate my experience with meditation, mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic psychotherapy, Reiki, yoga therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), attachment therapy, and neurobiology.

The sessions I offer are highly personalized. Based on their interests and needs, I work my clients by utilizing tools from traditional psychotherapy, yoga, meditation, mindfulness, dance, art, Reiki, and the latest research on the brain and body to create a holistic individual program for their care and journey towards wellness.
I also offer CEU trainings for healthcare professionals on topics such as Trauma-Sensitive Yoga for Post-Traumatic Growth, Breath work for Clinicians, Body Kindness, Utilizing Mindful Movements in Session, and more.
