My Approach to Helping
Offering video-chat therapy only (telehealth). My approach is caring and supportive, and I work closely with my clients. Establishing treatment goals is always a collaborative effort. We will discuss and address the main issues of concern, and then establish realistic and achievable goals to reduce and eliminate these problems. Another focus is to increase healthy behaviors and experiences. The therapy will look much like a conversation between us, but I will be sure to focus on your needs while infusing evidence-based techniques to help you feel better. I work with adults, and I'm committed to your treatment progress and mental health.
