My Approach to Helping

Growth is beautiful, although at times, it’s not pretty. I’m here to support you through this process, tap into your intrinsic ability to heal, and achieve your full potential.

My clients are adults and adolescents who are tired of feeling mentorless, stuck, or afraid of failure and want to change their lives. Whether they’re dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, or grief, I work with clients in a relational, experiential way to engage their intrinsic capacity to heal.

Your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are asking you to slow down and nurture your internal world. You’ll become more open, confident, and satisfied with life by pausing and paying attention to your body’s vital messages. Together, we’ll discover your needs through a lens of attachment theory, neuroscience, and mindfulness to deepen your mind-body connection and create the life you deserve.

We all carry defenses, shame, and maladaptive coping strategies. We also have innate abilities to rewire pathways, heal, and grow. Searching for the right therapist is a courageous, purposeful act. By getting started, you’re deciding to find your way back to peace and pay attention to how you want to live. I hope you reach out.
