My Approach to Helping
I am a therapist with extensive psychotherapy training and solid medical background. I work with adults struggling with depression, anxiety, panic attacks, effects of psychological trauma, chronic stress, and difficulties of toxic relationships. If you also experience chronic pain, feel crushed and helpless, please contact me.
I practice an integrative model of counseling based on Cognitive-Behavior, Attachment theory, Trauma-informed, Mindfulness, and body-centered psychotherapy approaches. Stress is a normal part of our life. However, when we experience chronic stress, our mind and body are both in trouble. The painful experiences might be encoded by our brain primarily as bodily and emotional states rather than narratives. As a result, we can feel worried, sad, tired, as well experience prolonged body pain, or any other physical problems without recognition of the influence of past traumas on our present reality.
Therapy helps you re-establish a sense of normalcy, regain and heal your body-mind-spirit balance. Through nonjudgmental dialogue, we explore your challenges and discover alternative ways to overcome stress and resolve conflicts. Getting relief from emotional and physical pain, you will be able to build meaningful connections with yourself and others, feel more secure and self-accepted. You are not alone now, let’s start our conversation!
