Is it difficult for you to practice positive self-talk and refrain from comparing yourself to other people? Are you a caretaker trying your hardest to understand a child or vice versa? We are all raised to believe specific ideas about who we are. Our upbringing teaches us to hold certain beliefs that impact our decisions and behaviors. These concepts frequently have their roots in cultural norms that shape our identities and have an overbearing influence on our experiences.
Our practice aims to equip individuals and families with the tools to address and heal intergenerational patterns of trauma, emotional disorders, and mental challenges. Too often, members of marginalized groups are conditioned to believe they should face challenges alone. Our practice is here to show that support is available and we are honored to serve you.
