My Approach to Helping

COVID-19 Update: In order to ensure the safety of my clients and the community, I am offering sessions over the phone and online.

Healing is not about control, but about learning to adapt and move forward with your life as you repair your relationships and find balance in sobriety. I have worked with thousands of individuals in recovery, & have experience with different therapeutic approaches. As a clinician and Senior Manager at Mountainside, I utilize Dialectal Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Client-Centered Therapy. I know that everyone’s recovery process is unique, and my training and experience allow me to develop individualized treatment plans for each client.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with certifications in Mindfulness in the Classroom, Naloxone Overdose Education and Awareness, and In-Home Therapies. I combine my experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Client-Centered Therapy to provide clients with the tools they need both during treatment and long after it ends.

Everyone deserves a compassionate therapist. We will work together to create an environment that is comfortable and collaborative. We will develop an individualized treatment plan that prioritizes your goals, health and wellness, and personal development in order to help you where you are in your journey. I look forward to hearing from you!
