My Approach to Helping
Through deep listening, understanding and compassion, my approach is to not only be your trusted confidante, but to use special tools unique to you to get you through your hardest moments. Our sessions will be collaborative. We will work together to figure out where you would like to be in your life, what may be holding you or your relationship back and how you can evolve and continue to evolve as your best self.
If you are moving forward from a relationship or it has ended, we will process this change together and all that may come from it such as the loss, the possible guilt or anger and help you feel healthy and happy in your new life.

My practice is in NY and NJ, but I also offer Online or Distance Therapy:
Sometimes our lives are so busy that it is difficult to see a therapist in person. Perhaps you often travel or juggling work & home or you are a mom who may not have access to a sitter. Maybe you are in a location where the kind of therapy you are seeking is not easy to find. I recognize and have experienced these issues firsthand. To accommodate the many reasons why it may be easier to have a session from the comfort of your own home ( or office or hotel) I offer online therapy through a free secure Hippa compliant video which is very simple to download as well as offer secure phone sessions. We can explore this as an option if you prefer.
What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist
What I love the most about being a psychotherapist are my clients who let me into their lives, share their stories and trust in the process. To be able to see how our work together has resulted in happier, healthier and positive transformations in their lives is what I deeply appreciate about being a therapist. I am passionate about positive results from therapy from my own experience and those whom I see every day.
