My Approach to Helping
As your therapist, I will help you develop emotional skills that can be used to improve communication and relieve mental health problems. We will develop strategies and techniques tailored to your needs so that you can make healthier choices. During our sessions, you will gain insight into your feelings and learn how to express your emotional needs.

Being a therapist is about upholding the dignity and respect of the people around you. I believe that therapists should always act with integrity, using their services to uplift others, not to seek personal gain.
As a woman of color, social justice and equality for all are integral values. I support organizations such as The Black Youth Project and the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) that promote equal rights regardless of racial or gender identity. In addition, I support organizations such as GLAAD and The Trevor Project, which serve the LQBTQIA+ community.
