My Approach to Helping
Your life looks great from the outside, but you don't feel great on the inside. You're looking for the therapist who will deeply understand your struggles. I get it. That mental chatter that won't leave you alone, the difficulty getting unstuck, the general "meh" about life. Some part of you is aware that you "should" be more happy, but some other part hasn't gotten that memo. So there's a constant conflict going on, between you and you. My clients come into therapy because they have such a hard time putting one foot in front of the other. After our work, they are able to take on new challenges with confidence.
I help my clients disentangle from their inner chaos. In doing so, my clients report increased confidence in doing the hard things they choose to do. I will teach you how to create a new relationship with your mind, so that you no longer have to feel so completely out of control. Doing this deep inner work is simple, but it's not easy. I'm here to help you.
