My Approach to Helping

Disputes. Disconnection. Disagreement. Whatever you want to call it, conflict is a reality of every relationship. It’s impossible for people to agree on everything, so we all eventually find ourselves in situations where our needs, values, and perspectives differ from the people in our lives.

Some of us shy away from difficult conversations, while others are quick to become aggressive or escalate the situation. If it isn’t handled in a healthy way, conflict can rupture bonds. My practice focuses on empowering people to work through conflict constructively using a practical approach emphasizing healthy interpersonal connection.

Instead of distancing ourselves, we can create opportunities to grow and establish more trusting, satisfying relationships.

More Info About My Practice

I’m an adventurer who loves traveling and exploring. I’ve gone backpacking through Europe twice and visited 10 countries so far.

Traveling and experiencing so many different cultures has taught me a lot about life. One of the lessons I’ve learned along the way is that taking risks empowers us to grow into the person we’ve always wanted to be. The more risks you take, even if they are small, the more confident and resilient you become. The same is true in therapy.

I also believe everyone has a story to tell. How we perceive our story is part of who we are and how we view the obstacles in front of us. Retelling and reframing your story can help you confidently approach and move past these obstacles.
