I use various modalities to guide clients towards their goals, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic and Attachment theories, and Mindfulness. I take great pleasure in helping couples voyage through conflict and challenges within their relationship. I also assist families in analyzing and strengthening interpersonal dynamics and interactions.
I work with clients from all walks of life with sensitivity and cultural competence. I have extensive experience with African-American, Caribbean-American and Latinx clientele, as well as faithspirituality-centered counseling.
