My Approach to Helping
Reaching out for help can be scary, and I am here to make the process as easy and stress free as possible. Congratulations on taking the first crucial step in reaching your life goals! I have experience working with families, couples, adults, children, adolescents, Veterans and military families. I am especially passionate about helping families function peacefully, adults rediscover strength within, couples reconnect and communicate effectively, and tweensteens navigate confusing distressing times productively. My goal is to walk alongside and assist you in making the vision you hold for your life and relationships more of a reality. I provide a nonjudgmental, safe, and caring space that allows you to freely explore current challenges, set goals to meet and overcome those challenges, and to increase quality of life. I use a trauma-informed approach and utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques and Solution Focused strategies to help with difficulties such as depression, anxiety, behavioral concerns, grief and loss, and family obstacles. I look forward to working with you and bridging the gap between the vision that you hold for your life and your reality.
