My Approach to Helping

Hi, I’m Paige! A licensed professional counselor with a Bachelor of Science in Public Health and a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Tarleton State University. More than credentials, though, I bring compassion, authenticity, and a deep commitment to walking alongside you in your healing journey.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent years in the fast-paced world of healthcare sales. Shifting into counseling was a second career, one born from a desire to find deeper purpose and connection in my work. That experience gave me firsthand insight into the pressures of high-stress, performance-driven environments, and I bring that understanding into my work with clients navigating similar spaces.

My passion lies in supporting individuals within the LGBTQ+ community and providing affirming, inclusive care that truly honors your identity. As someone who has walked this path myself, I understand how powerful it is to be seen, heard, and validated just as you are. I also work closely with neurodivergent clients and deeply value the rich, diverse ways people experience and process the world.

Whether you're dealing with burnout, identity exploration, or just trying to find your footing, I’m here to hold space for your story... exactly as you are. :)

Groups I Work With

    A Gestalt-forward, trauma-informed approach
I practice from a Gestalt-forward and trauma-informed lens, which means I view healing as a process of reconnecting with your full self — body, mind, and emotions — in the here and now. Together, we’ll explore how your past experiences are showing up in your
present, with curiosity and compassion rather than judgment. I believe every emotion, thought, and sensation carries valuable information, and my role is to help you tap into that inner wisdom.

You're not broken — Life is just complex.
Let me be clear: you are not broken. There is nothing inherently wrong with you. Life can be overwhelming, and at times, we all need support to make sense of the chaos, pain, or disconnect. Therapy isn’t about “fixing” you — it’s about uncovering what’s already whole within you, learning new ways to navigate challenges, and reclaiming your voice and agency.

    Neurodiversity-affirming and identity-centered
I honor and celebrate neurodivergent minds — whether you’re autistic, attention-deficit hyperactivity (ADHD), or exploring how your brain uniquely functions, my practice is a safe place to show up exactly as you are. I also hold space for the intersections of identity, including race, gender, sexuality, culture, and ability. Your lived experience matters here.
