Spoiler alert: this can be you all the time! But first, you have to bust through any ingrained, negative thoughts about yourself that you formed earlier in life so you can fully shine.
When we work together, we’ll look closely at these thought processes and how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors influence each other. We'll also work on boundaries, communication, and distress tolerance.
Let's look ahead to the life you want and build up skills to reach your goals, as well as understand the strengths you already have. Our work will take place in a safe and unconditionally accepting space. In a world that pulls our focus in so many directions, we will focus on just you.
