My Approach to Helping
Relationships are an essential part of life, whether it be romantic, platonic, familial or the relationship with one's self. My clients include couples seeking pre-marital counseling, parents in need of co-parenting support, parent-child therapy (adults), and women of color who struggle with interpersonal relationships due to depression, anxiety, self-esteem, workplace stress, etc. I also explore how racial identity and culture affect one's various relationships.
If you're looking for a therapist who provides a therapeutic space that is empathetic, supportive and validating, while being culturally considerate, I’m here to support you...Yes, you! Especially if you are a BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and people of color) individual or couple. I provide support that is often difficult to find. I use evidence based therapeutic modalities with the overall goal to empower my clients to lead fulfilling lives and unlock the best version of themselves. If you are struggling internally or within your close relationships and need a compassionate and collaborative therapist, I am offering virtual only sessions at Kensho Psychotherapy Services.
