My work with individuals, families and couples focuses on Life’s journey and the challenges faced along the way. Insight and understanding of one’s relationships with self and others helps you to grow, heal and change to reach your individual potential. My goal is to provide a safe environment and therapeutic relationship where my clients can grow and and understand relationship issues as well as workplace stress. By learning to manage stress, depression and anxiety, I help my clients to create the space they need to reach their potential and continue on a journey that may have become stalled.
