Insight and understanding of one’s relationships with self and others helps you to grow, heal and change to reach your individual potential. My goal is to provide a safe environment and therapeutic relationship where my clients can grow and and understand relationship issues as well as workplace stress. By learning to manage stress, depression and anxiety, I help my clients to create the space they need to reach their potential and continue on a journey that may have become stalled.
