We all have challenges in life. Sometimes those challenges overwhelm our natural coping abilities. Sometimes relationships feel unmanageable. Sometimes habits have become addictions. Sometimes we get so worried about the kids, work, and life that we stop sleeping, eating or exercising. Sometimes things feel so dark it feels hard to go on. Sometimes we just lose enthusiasm for things we used to enjoy. Sometimes we just feel worthless and hopeless.
My goal is to help provide you with the insights and tools to move beyond old, limiting beliefs and behaviors. I am committed to helping you experience positive change, improve your relationships, improve the possibilities for your life, and experience a greater sense of personal strength and spiritual development. Using a warm, accepting, and non-judgmental approach, I will help you navigate through your challenges and uncover your strengths so that you can live a more fulfilling, satisfying life. I value the relationship between the therapist and client and offer a safe and comfortable environment for you to heal and grow physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
In addition to individual counseling, I also provide psychological testing, which includes: IQ (intellectual impairment), personality assessments for adults and adolescents, as well as anger expression inventories. I can also assist you with court-ordered psychosocial evaluations and bariatric assessments.

Why Going to Therapy Does Not Mean You are Weak or Flawed
We all become overwhelmed with the challenges of life. No one is given a manual on how to navigate through our daily lives. Seeking help can be a humbling experience, but it does not mean you are weak. Seeking help can empower you to become the person you were intended to be. Seeking help will allow you to become a stronger person.
